President Donald Trump made two significant changes this week to federal healthcare policy: he allowed smaller, cheaper plans to be sold across state lines, and he ended federal payments for cost-sharing reductions. To sort through what these changes mean for Wisconsin, we speak with Bobby Peterson of ABC for Health, and Brian Potter of the Wisconsin Hospital Association.  (Potter begins at 8:30)
